When we required a CCTV installation we called Hetra Media Ltd as they had made such a great job of installing a satellite dish for us 18 months ago.
We didn't have a good idea of what we wanted, so Hetra Media Ltd came to the site where we wanted CCTV installed and went through the various options with us. In the current economic climate, they did a very good job of giving us value for money whilst ensuring we had a system which was capable of planned expansion at a later date.
Hetra Media Ltd came out again after the initial fitting, late in the evening, to assess how we could improve image quality, and this was done at no extra cost to us.
After vandalism issues with one of our Hot Tubs, we called Hetra Media Ltd again and discussed various options regarding additional cameras, and this was very quickly booked in and fitted, with minimal disruption to our business.
Whenever I have called Chris with any questions he has been more than happy to talk to me, to ensure we get the best possible service from the equipment we have purchased.

Hetra Media Ltd have installed CCTV and Freesat solutions at our church in Great Baddow.
We have been very happy with their satellite installation, with a large proportion of the community turning out to watch the world cup on our large screen.
Mike initially installed a 4 camera CCTV solution to help monitor child protection issues as well as crime within the church building. Over the past couple of years the system has grown to 8 cameras including a specialist night vision camera to provide a deterrent against vandalism on the church roof.
The CCTV system has been particularly beneficial to staff when working alone in the building, providing them with an instant overview of the whole building including entrances and exits. There have been a few instances where footage has had to be handed to the police, and on all occasions the video was burnt to DVD quickly and the police were very happy with the quality of the recordings.
