Established in 1966, Hetra Media Ltd operates throughout the South East of England.  We offer a wide range of specialist services for aerial & satellite distribution, CCTV, access control, business IT network solutions for both domestic and commercial applications.

 

We provide services for the general public, local councils, schools, hospitals, landlords, government buildings, electrical and building contractors.

 

We are dedicated to customer care and are proud of our reputation for providing an excellent, personal and friendly service with quality workmanship at competitive prices.

We keep your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, and so this period will vary depending on your interactions with us. For example, where you have purchased services with us, we will keep a record of the work completed for the period necessary for invoicing, tax warranty purposes and future servicing. We may also keep a record of correspondence with you.

Where we no longer have a need to keep your information, we will delete it.


How do we protect your personal information?

We always aim to deliver the highest level of service and security to our customers.

In order to ensure the security and protection of your personal details whenever you submit any sensitive information we use the following.

  • Full disk encryption, data encryption for files in transit and cloud-based storage.

  • We use a firewall and the latest technology to encode and protect your data

  • our computers are password protected, use the most up-to-date operating systems and antivirus software.

  • Sensitive customer IT information stored on our in-house systems is also held in encrypted format.

  • Our iPhones and tablets are are password-protected and can be remotely wiped if required in addition no customer related information is stored on our phones.
