When we required a CCTV installation we called Hetra Media Ltd as they had made such a great job of installing a satellite dish for us 18 months ago.

We didn't have a good idea of what we wanted, so Hetra Media Ltd came to the site where we wanted CCTV installed and went through the various options with us. In the current economic climate, they did a very good job of giving us value for money whilst ensuring we had a system which was capable of planned expansion at a later date.

Hetra Media Ltd came out again after the initial fitting, late in the evening, to assess how we could improve image quality, and this was done at no extra cost to us.

After vandalism issues with one of our Hot Tubs, we called Hetra Media Ltd again and discussed various options regarding additional cameras, and this was very quickly booked in and fitted, with minimal disruption to our business.

Whenever I have called Chris with any questions he has been more than happy to talk to me, to ensure we get the best possible service from the equipment we have purchased.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hetra Media Ltd, as I believe they are honest, straightforward and trustworthy, and provide a great service at a fair price, and are willing to go that extra mile to give a personal service which all too often you do not see these days.
