A. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to give an accurate quotation without looking at the job first, the best
we can offer is the basic aerial or satellite cost.
Q. What is the area
that you cover?
A. We are located in Chelmsford, and we cover about a 25 mile radius
Q. Is the work guaranteed?
A.
Yes all our Aerials have a three year parts and labour guarantee backed up by the CAI industry guarantee.
Q. Can my aerial go
in the loft?
A. Yes,
but we always advise outside, as this will give better pictures and does not cost any more to do.
Q. Can you do the
work at a time that suits us because we are at work during the week?
A. Yes, our engineers work Saturdays and some late nights so as to fit in with our customer's timescale.
Q. Do you have proper
insurance?
A. Yes,
we carry twice the legal requirement - £5 million public liability and £10 million employers' liability.
Q. Do you have a code
of practice?
A. Yes,
we abide by the CAI code in full.
Q. Are you going to
get my house dirty?
A. No, we go to great lengths to keep your house clean, even to the extent of always taking
our shoes off before entering your home.
Q. Will fitting an
aerial or sky system mean a lot of wires through my home?
A. We will always agree how the cables are to be run with the customer before we start
and in most cases unsightly cables can be hidden.
Q. Are there any hidden
costs?
A. No the
cost we quote is the cost you pay
Q. If I need extra
work what will this cost?
A. The engineer will always agree the cost of any extra work with you before proceeding.
Q. Can I only pay
by cheque or cash?
A. No, we are also able to take payment by credit or debit card.
